A 60 year old woman is brought to hospital by her concerned daughter. They had been out for a walk prior to meeting family for lunch when she noticed her mother seemed confused. She was pale and sweaty.

On arrival to ED she is noted to be disorientated, slurring her speech, tachycardic and diaphoretic.

She has a past history of insulin dependent diabetes and hypertension.
