Case 1
A 40 year old female presents to ED with a three day history of being generally unwell with vomiting at home. She has generalized weakness, fatigue, abdominal pain with poor oral intake. Her friend states she has not been able to take any of her medication but is not sure what they are. She almost collapsed on standing up at home prior to arrival to ED.
She is drowsy, slightly confused and looks dehydrated. She is thin and has very sallow complexion. Her observations are:
Temp - 37
HR - 120
BP - 90/50
Sats - 97% RA
RR - 20
GCS - 14
