An 66 y/o female is brought to ED by ambulance as a FAST alert. She was found by her daughter this morning with a facial droop and inability to move the left side of her body.

On arrival in ED her observations are;

BP 190/85,

HR 106,

RR 18,

SpO2 94%,

T 37.7
