Case 3

A 38 year old woman is brought to the ED complaining of a severe headache. The headache started a few hours ago and reached maximal intensity within 10 minutes of onset. She is also complaining of photophobia and has vomited once.

When you go to see her she is lying on a trolley with her jumper over her face and her vitals are as follows;

BP - 154/92 Hr - 102 Sats - 98% (RA)

Temp - 36.8 RR - 22
