A 28 year old male with a history of nut allergy presents to the emergency department by taxi with his girlfriend. They had been out for dinner in a Thai restaurant when he started to complain of having an itchy throat and feeling short of breath.
On route to the hospital he has become more unwell and is now pale and unresponsive. He is transferred to a trolley in resus immediately on arrival.
His observations are as follows.

- RR 35
- Sats 80% RA
- BP 60/40
- He is Afebrile
